Yes. Plans offer different allowances for users, active matters, branches and storage. Roles and permissions can be configured to suit your firm in Egypt and its structure and working practices.
Yes. We first review your data sources, volume and quality, then agree the migration scope and preparation requirements. Migration is included at no extra charge in most plans under qualifying contract arrangements. Your Egypt quotation will confirm whether it is included.
Protection within your firm includes role-based permissions, access controls and activity logs. Encryption keys are used to protect each Alhossam instance. The specific security arrangements depend on the agreed deployment environment.
Yes. Starter and Professional include one branch, Business supports three, and Advanced supports five. Enterprise branch requirements are agreed individually.
Yes. You can assign viewing, creation, editing and approval permissions according to each user’s role and responsibilities within your firm.
AI assists your legal team with research, summarization and drafting, depending on your plan. Lawyers remain responsible for reviewing and approving the output and making legal decisions.
Every plan includes technical support. Starter and Professional include standard support; Business and Advanced include priority support. Enterprise includes support under a service level agreement (SLA), together with a dedicated account manager.
Yes. Every Alhossam plan includes full system training for your law firm’s team, with an assigned account manager for periodic follow-up.
Yes. An account manager is assigned for follow-up on every plan. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager for your firm.
Yes. You can choose a core plan without AI or an AI-enabled plan, depending on your firm’s requirements.
You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves the equivalent of two months compared with paying monthly for a full year, based on your plan’s prices.
Starter includes 7 users, Professional 15, Business 30 and Advanced 50. Enterprise user requirements are agreed individually.
Starter includes 5 GB, Professional 10 GB, Business 50 GB and Advanced 100 GB. Enterprise storage is agreed individually.
Starter supports up to 100 active matters, Professional up to 500 and Business up to 1,000. Advanced and Enterprise include unlimited active matters.
Yes. The Alhossam mobile app is included in every plan.
Yes. Starter, Professional, Business and Advanced include a standard firm website. Enterprise includes a customized website.
Yes. Starter includes a basic client portal. A client portal is available in Professional and Business, with an advanced portal in Advanced and a customized portal in Enterprise.
Yes. Starter includes basic reports, Professional standard reports, Business and Advanced advanced reports, and Enterprise customized reports.
Alhossam helps automate aspects of legal practice administration and workflow monitoring, with alerts to responsible team members when action is needed. Available automation capabilities vary by plan.
No. Tools and capability levels vary by plan, including summarization, drafting, data extraction, firm knowledge features and AI workflow automation.
Yes. Document summarization is available in every AI plan, within the AI credit allowance included in that plan.
Yes. Starter AI includes basic drafting; drafting is available in Professional AI and Business AI, advanced in Advanced AI, and customized in Enterprise AI.
AI data extraction is available from Professional AI upwards. It is not included in Starter AI.
The firm knowledge feature is available on a limited basis in Business AI, available in Advanced AI and customized in Enterprise AI. It is not included in Starter AI or Professional AI.
No. Starter AI includes 10 AI credits, Professional AI 100, Business AI 200 and Advanced AI 500. Enterprise AI credit allowances are agreed individually. You can add credits without changing your plan.
Yes. The AI assistant is available 24/7 to answer inquiries. Human technical support is provided according to your plan’s support level and terms.
Yes. You can add users or increase storage without changing your plan.
Yes. You can upgrade during your subscription. The price difference between your current and new plan is calculated with the amount already paid for your current subscription taken into account.
You will see a notification when your AI credits run out. You can add more credits and continue using AI without changing your plan.
